Delete your account

If you'd like to delete your IQRA parent account and the data associated with it, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email us at support@schoolsiqra.com from the phone number or account you used to sign up.
2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
3. Include the phone number registered on your IQRA account so we can verify and locate it.

We'll confirm by email once your account has been deleted, typically within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Once processed, we permanently remove your profile (name and phone number), saved and shortlisted schools, campus visit bookings, and your account login.

What may be retained, and for how long

Information tied to applications you've submitted to a specific school — including any documents you uploaded for that application, such as a birth certificate — may be retained for up to 90 days after your account is deleted, to resolve any in-progress admissions matters with that school. It's permanently deleted after this period.
